Senior School Houses
The Senior houses of Bowen, Clementi, MacLehose and Youde take the family names of British governors who made significant contributions to Hong Kong. They were ambassadors in areas which represent some of our school's core values, such as education and the arts and sport, whilst also being advocates of global citizenship. All the chosen names were selected by our School Council and endorsed by our governors as names that would inspire our whole community.
Matt Seddon, the former Deputy Head of Senior School (House & Pastoral) (OK 2011-21) said: "It was wonderful to watch students as young as 12 years old present their case so eloquently, and fight their corner against some pretty influential people in Hong Kong. It is a great legacy for the student body!"
